On September 25 and 26, Bob Jacquart spoke at events around the Eastern Upper Peninsula, sponsored by Headwaters North, MEDC, and Chippewa EDC. He was the first of a series that will feature Upper Peninsula business owners, which will continue through 2025.
Bob Jacquart of Jacquart Fabric Products in Ironwood, Michigan spoke about his hometown (and UP-wide) pride and his focus on giving back to his community. His efforts to build an Upper Peninsula-based business has allowed him to live out his dream to stay in Ironwood.
Jacquart also spoke to small business owners about the importance of finding and working with mentors through things like CEO roundtables to share best business practices and talk through business challenges. He encouraged business owners to ask questions within their mentoring network and never stop learning.
